More with silkscreen

Trying some underglazes through the silkscreen with varying levels of success. The clay seems to need to be just the right moisture content, too dry and the image clogs in the screen, too moist and the shapes are sloppy and not defined.  I'm liking the slip better- holds its own moisture.  Now I really need to get on figuring out a glaze solution. I hope I can find my way to including imagery on my clay.  I realized how much I've missed my printmaking endeavors. This could allow for some more interesting compositions on some very functional pieces...but with some immediacy so I don't make anything over precious.  Putting the fun back....in functional.  Couldn't resist....
