OOOOOOH SH*t......

One known leak when explored, led to discovering more rot.  Then when that layer was removed...more rot.  Restoring old things is a gamble.... I have about hit bottom on this one.  Luckily my truck is running great, so the frequent trips to the hardware & lumber store are a good meditative break.

Site of the original bathroom...here I expected rot.  But I had no idea what was under the recently placed subfloor: literally MULCH....worm food – looked like my oldvermiculture bin's contents.  Apparently plywood gone WAYYYY wrong. Wood and moisture are not my friends.
